Artist's Comments
Something I learned in Flash today on my own. I'm self-teaching Flash again, but I'm expected to turn my projects into my teacher, like before. He approved of Deviantart as a place to post these, for now, but I will have to create a professional portfolio very soon.
FOR CRITIQUES: Please keep it focused on the Flash. I'm looking for new ideas to try, new challenges. I'm not focused on "you should add a shine to the ball", but more "Try making the ball bounce upside down". thanks. The image I used for the ball is mine: Comments

Critiques
My only issues with the animation is in the speed, and start/finish.
The speed is a little quick, and makes it rather hard to follow. Slowing it down a little bit might help. If you want to keep the speed, then I suggest removing the Sailor Moon art, and replacing it with a gradient (for that "round ball" look) or a simple flat colour.
For the start/finish, I suggest making it "on screen" rather than off. When the animation loops, it seems strange to have the ball disappear. Starting the ball on the wall makes it easier to loop, and makes it less distracting to the viewer, and more enjoyable.
Excuse my low points. To explain, your vision is the bouncing ball. I give it 2.5 because you have it, but you need to improve in some areas.
Originality is only 2 simply because it's a basic project, that can't really get any more original than it is, but you at least put some effort into the ball by going off screen (not really done often) and putting your own art on it.
Technique is at 2 for the improvements I mentioned above.
Impact is at 2.5 because it is quite good for someone teaching themselves how to use flash.
