Bottom line roommate drama.
She has been scamming me money and demands more. She is moving out within a week because she has a hefty ticket to pay, but she is demanding I pay her money I don't owe or she'll turn off the bills (instead of handing them over to me and the other girl). Her boyfriend has been living with us and not paying, me paying half on everything. She is demanding I pay a pet deposit, too, after she scammed me money before moving in.
Basically, I think I have a new roommate who wants to move in as fast as the current wants to move out. Good. This new girl is willing to sign a roommate agreement and sounds lower maintenance.
Now I have to deal with current roommate's threats of "she will get her money".
I sleep with my bedroom door locked, and lock it when I leave. The door is a key--and-lock type handle I had installed.
God I hope to get a break from this money muncher soon....
Anyways, I need a couple more weeks. Then I'll get back to being admin of the Painting Group and replying to notes/RP.
